2. Unopened Products: We gladly accept returns of unopened items that are still in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Your trust in our products is important to us, and we want you to feel confident in your choices.

3. Opened Products: If you've tried our tea but it didn't resonate with you, we’ll still provide store credit as long as the item is returned to us.

4. Incorrect or Damaged Items: If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us right away with your order number and photos. Our customer support team will work diligently to resolve the issue within 14 days of delivery by providing a replacement or store credit.
