Once your claim is approved, we will dispatch a replacement promptly and provide you with the new shipping information.

Notify us via email about your return and include your reason.


After confirming your return, you may send the items back using the carrier of your choice at your expense.


Please ensure all returns are in their original individual packaging to prevent any damage.


Store credit will be issued for the product's value, minus any shipping costs and discounts applied.
