What's inside?

Sol de Mayo — Citrus Yerba Mate: Argentinian yerba mate with orange peel. Naturally caffeinated, with an earthy taste and refreshing citrus notes. A lovely choice when you want a change from coffee.

Flor de Jamaica — Hibiscus & Strawberry: Hibiscus, strawberry, ginger, and stevia leaf. Tart and fruity, with a touch of sweetness. Naturally caffeine-free.

One 1.7 oz (50 g) loose-leaf pouch of each blend. Use an infuser, strainer, or French press to brew them. Brewing equipment is not included.

Easy to make. Enjoy hot or iced.

• Sol de Mayo: Boil water, add 1 teaspoon of tea, and steep for 4–6 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
• Flor de Jamaica: Use 2 teaspoons and steep for 3–5 minutes, or 7–10 minutes for a stronger infusion. Strain and pour over ice.
